Phil and Chrissy at the New York City Half Marathon that their daughter Michelle ran On Sunday.

If you haven't signed up for the Spartan Race on June 3rd make sure you do, we have roughly 40 people signed up so far.
If you don't think you can do it, your wrong.  Plus I'm pretty sure you won't get left behind so SIGN UP!!  We all signed up for 12 noon but that doesn't matter, I think they will put teams together no matter what time you sign up for.

Awesome job once again on the Games Wod turnout.  Happy to see everyone's still interested.
Next week is the last week of the Open Games Wods so of course we need to throw a party.
We'll have the party right after the Wod is done probably around 12 or something around there depending on the length of the Wod.
Everyone is Welcome, Family and Friends.  We'll BBQ food and I'll get plenty of Booze.
So let's get a huge showing and celebrate the closing of the Open Games together.

Sunday's times:

Syosset is closed 
Farmingdale class is 10am and Games wod is 11am

Wednesday we are starting the Yoga program.  The classes will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday's and 11am on Sunday's

Nikki and Vikki both got their first Double Under today!!!!
After 20 minutes of me screaming and yelling (nicely) they succeed!  Anyone can do them, it's just wanting to try to do it.

Alicia got her's also but she pretended that she forgot how to do them and than all of a sudden rattled off 3o in a row,  she was just being silly

Anyone who doesn't have them, Practice Practice Practice!!!  Or just have me yell at you that works too

We'll be doing the Games wod in Farmingdale this Sunday, that means no class at Syosset on Sunday only in Farmingdale.
Class is at 10am and Games wod is at 11am

Next Wednesday we'll be starting yoga classes.
The classes will be twice a week, Wednesdays at 10:30am and Sunday's at 11am.  
The classes will be $20 each and everyone is welcome, just show up.
Teaching the class is Matt who is Yoga certified.

20 Burpees
11 Squat cleans, 145/95 pounds
