Step 1: On-Ramp Classes
The "On-Ramp Classes" will go over the fundamental movement patterns that are used in CrossFit workouts (and in life).
Classes are 1 hour long and will cover different movements and techniques that are used in CrossFit workouts. The On Ramp is a great place to start your CrossFit career and will give you plenty of time to adapt to what it is that we do at CrossFit. You do not need to be a certain fitness level to attend these classes. CrossFit can be scaled to fit any fitness level at all. The only way to get in shape for CrossFit is to do CrossFit and this is the place to do it.

Step 2: Join Our Group Sessions
Once you have successfully completed the On-Ramp Classes you have the choice to join the group classes or continue on with private sessions; it is entirely up to you. The group sessions are basically a number of athletes competing against themselves and each other in friendly competition. Every athlete performs the workout of the day (WOD) together and offers motivation and support for one another. Group classes are offered at certain times (check the schedule).
